Mise Prep List

A mise en place list grouped by the minute each ingredient is first wanted rather than by type, so checking it top to bottom is the same as working forwards through the cook. Every row carries its quantity and its knife work, the progress figure is counted off the checked rows, and a computed bar lays all fifteen minutes of prep against the barley's twenty five minute unattended simmer to show it fits inside with ten to spare.
