Mise Cooking Mode

Cooking mode twenty seven minutes into a forty five minute cook, built around the schedule itself drawn as a Gantt of one lane per component. Each block sits at its start over the computed total and is sized by its own minutes, so the overlaps that make four pans land together are visible rather than described, with a now line through the lot, spent blocks sunken, the running one green and the rest neutral. The countdown, the next action line and the start time are all measured off that same now.
