Interval Session Detail

A threshold interval session drawn on a time axis: ten blocks laid end to end, each placed by its cumulative start, sized by its minutes and raised and coloured by its zone. The total reduces from the blocks, the planned time in zone reduces from the same blocks and sums back to it, zones three and five are shown genuinely empty rather than hidden, and every target heart rate range is computed from the zone bands.
