Passports, authorisations, tickets and insurance, each checked in code against a fixed reference date rather than listed. A passport expiring inside six months of the return leg is computed and marked in red, ticket rows are mapped straight off the four legs so the list cannot drift from the itinerary, and a drawn boarding pass carries a barcode generated from its own reference.
