Interval Training Week

The training week as seven days, each drawing its planned time in zone as a bar in the five zone colours so the shape of the week is visible as colour instead of described. The weekly total, the zone breakdown and the easy against hard split all reduce from the same blocks, the split being minutes in zones one and two over the week's minutes, and the rest day is rendered as a deliberate state rather than a blank row.
